He's my guy...

Dear man,
I feel bad for you. I am sad that you think that getting through life by stealing things is easier than just working for them. I hope that you can turn your life around after a long time in jail. I do believe that people are good. They just get off the path and they can't see the good in themselves anymore. I know that you can be forgiven if you want.

Police catch suspected serial-burglar

LOGAN -- Logan police believe they've caught the man responsible for close to two dozen apartment break-ins. Those burglaries happened at apartments near Utah State University beginning this past December.
Thirty-two-year old Aaron Foote of Orem is now in the Cache County jail. He has been charged with three second-degree felonies and a parole violation.
When police caught him early Thursday morning, they found several items that were reported stolen from a break-in just a couple of hours earlier.
"We were able to find this individual in his truck, and we were able to recover some of the stolen property," said Logan police Capt. Jeff Curtis.
Some of the stolen property recovered belongs to Scott Egbert, who lives in the Cambridge Court apartments near the 600 East block of Canyon Road.
"We woke up last night at about 5:00 in the morning," Egbert said. "Our laptops were missing, all our wallets were missing, all our cell phones were missing, and he stole our keys to our cars too."
Right away, Egbert thought about the serial-burglar police were looking for in the area. That's when it really hit him.
"The thing that makes us the most nervous is he was brave enough to come into our rooms while we were sleeping," Egbert said. "My cell phone was charging on my pillow right next to where I was sleeping, and he came into my room and took it."
Egbert and his roommates called police, who tracked the burglar to the Old Main View apartments a few blocks away.
"He went into an apartment. We feel to try and hide from us," Curtis said.
That apartment was on the second floor. As police got closer, Foote cut through a screen and jumped to the ground. That's when police tracked him to his truck.
"We're happy to catch this guy," Curtis said.
Investigators say Foote has an extensive criminal history.

I think i might be in a little bit in a debbie downer mood. the other day at work a man came in with his friend. i was helping them and all of a sudden i hear him talking about haiti. we have a sign that says you can donate to the red cross at my branch. he said some bad things. he said he was sick of hearing about haiti. he thinks we should stop giving a crap about them. we have our own starving families here in America. we shouldn't try to solve their problems until our own are solved. he then turned to his friend and asked what he thought. his friend i could tell was very uncomfortable. he didn't say anything. it made me mad. i wish he would have said something and stood up for what he really thought. so it may be true...we may have starvation here in america. and we try to help them. isn't this life about helping people? not just people in your own country....but ALL people. no one is perfect and that is why we help each other here on earth. the people in haiti are experiencing things that we can't even imagine. they don't have homes, food, clothes, or family. i want to help those in need and not say that i'm sick of hearing about them. that boy needs to take a step back and realize that if we have the tools to help...we have the responsibility to help as well.

anywho...hope you all are having a great week! love you.

I am glad they caught that crazy thief, I can't believe how many places he's broken into! I agree, we should help all people, there may be people here that are homeless, and starving, and we do help them out, for instance when all the hurricanes have hit the southern states, we are ALWAYS down to help them. But the people in Haiti need more then just help, there lives are totally destroyed! Some people are just extremely selfish, its really sad.
